WHAT IS IT?
This is a Japanese market (JDM) right-hand-drive 2-door example of what would become one of the most ubiquitous cars on the planet. The Facebook listing shows few details or, unfortunately, interior images. Everyone knows what a Corolla is but few have seen one from this early in the model’s history.
WHY THIS ONE HAS BEST ONE ON THE PLANET CHOPS
With only a claimed 15k miles, a 5-speed, and factory air conditioning this one is worth a look even given the scant information in the ad. The beige paint and Japanese market fender-mounted mirrors accentuate the plain yet stylish fastback body style. The right hand drive and apparently clean chrome trim could make this a fun conversation piece. What do you say? Worth consideration as a TBOOTP candidate?

This is certainly an attractive little piece of early JDM, but I’d need to see far more pictures before making any sort of judgment on it.
